The view shots you see in these pictures were taken at about 115 feet above the gravel road that runs along the north side of the lot. So to get those views in the summer, a house will have to sit at a topography line 100 feet higher than the road below (that assume a house will have a foundation of 10 to 12 feet for a full basement). The house most likely can be built above the driveway to sit 100 feet higher than the road below to have summer views. Winter views should be good at lower elevations.
